Terese Churchill, MSc, CIH, has over 20+ years in government and private industry, starting off as a Public Health Chemist and then onto Vermont OSHA, holding the position of Compliance Officer, Industrial Hygiene. From VOSHA Terese took positions in three large Vermont companies – Ben & Jerry’s Homemade, Husky Injection Molding in Milton, VT, and Ethan Allen Global Case Goods. The closure of 14 case goods manufacturing sites led to the career change into environmental and safety consulting.
Terese holds a BA in Biochemistry and a BS in Agriculture from The Ohio State University, and an MSc in Environmental Health & Safety Mgmt from the Civil Engineering Program at the Rochester Institute of Technology. She is a Certified Industrial Hygienist and a VT Lead Inspector / Risk Assessor and VT Asbestos Inspector.
Ms. Churchill supports the development of local science and technology skills. EverGreen mentors Vermont resident college students involved in environmental studies.

Meet our principal staff:
Michelle Lussier, BS Environmental Studies, Northern Vermont University
Michelle came to EverGreen after an internship with the company. She is a licensed VT and EPA Lead Inspector. Michelle holds is certified and licensed as a Mold Assessor in accordance with the new NY Mold Law Article 32. Michelle is proficient in lead inspection, HUD lead hazards, mold sampling and inspection. She also provides support for EverGreen’s Indoor Air Quality division.
James Bowes, P.G., C.P.G.
Jim has over 28 years’ experience in environmental consulting, including Phase I, II, and III Environmental Site Assessments. He is experienced in environmental sampling, VT ACT 250 application and support, and petroleum spill response. In addition, he has performed hydro-geological and remedial investigations for chlorinated solvents, metals, and PCB groundwater contamination.
Jim holds a BSc in Geology from Boise State University, and has completed graduate course work in Hydrogeology from Wright State University, in Dayton Ohio. Mr. Bowes is a trained Asbestos Inspector.
